Oekraïne Ambulance

Founded in Amsterdam soon after the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, the local non-profit Stichting Zeilen van Vrijheid procures and delivers medical and humanitarian aid to this war torn country.

So far, Zeilen van Vrijheid volunteers have sent 190 ambulances, 3 fire trucks and over 100 support vehicles to different medical institutions and military units all over Ukraine, as well as around 1650 bikes, several trucks full of power generators and a few hundred tons of various medical equipment and supplies. The 50th convoy was sent on March 30 this year.

Join the Zeilen van Vrijheid team on Bevrijdingsfestival Amsterdam ground to see one of their latest ambulances and learn more about their war relief efforts in Ukraine. Their next ambulance convoy will depart in a couple of weeks, so you could come and wish them a good trip, buy their merchandise, or donate in kind to support their work."
